Designed specifically for The Floyd Bed, the cushioned headboard add-on simply slips over the existing Floyd Headboard. Rigorously tested for a secure fit, the add-on preserves the headboard's original geometry and proportions while transforming it into something distinctly softer.

The Floyd Bed – Upholstered is a simple idea with a deceptively simple solution. Rather than replace a perfectly good bed when you're ready for a different look, our Product Team developed an add-on design that allows you to change the bed you already have.

The Upholstered Headboard — Add-On fits easily over top of any existing Floyd Headboard, allowing you to dramatically change the character of your bedroom without starting over.

Crypton Parker
Crypton Parker is a high-performance woven upholstery fabric designed with stain, odor, and moisture resistance. Crypton fabrics offer ease of cleaning, perfectly suitable for everyday use, even with kids and pets. 

Polyurethane Foam
Supportive 1" foam, wrapped in fiber batting, to ensure a comfort. 

Powder Coated Steel 
The upholstered rails feature 11-gauge bent sheet steel, matte-coated for longevity.

Kvadrat Serpentine's construction of of wool and nylon combines classic craftmanship with modern techniques to create dynamic colors and texture.

How does it work?
If you already own a Floyd Bed Frame and want to add Upholstered Rails or an Upholstered Headboard, you're on the right page. This page is for buying only the Upholstered Bed Frame Rails and/or Upholstered Headboard. For existing owners, the idea is simple: rather than replace a perfectly good bed when you're ready for a different look, change the bed you already have. The Upholstered Upgrade can be added to Floyd Beds purchased years ago, giving longtime owners a way to dramatically change the character of their bedroom without starting over. 

How does it attach?
The Upholstered Headboard simply slides onto your existing headboard. The Upholstered Frame Rails simply attach using the hooks designed to slide on and clamp onto your bed panels.
