All foams used in the Floyd Mattress meet CertiPUR-US® program standards for content, emissions and durability, and are analyzed by independent, accredited testing laboratories. CertiPUR-US® approved foams are:

• Made without ozone depleters

• Made without PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants

• Made without mercury, lead, and other heavy metals

• Made without formaldehyde

• Made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission

Will the Mattress work with any bed?

It sure will! While the Floyd Mattress is best suited for platform beds (i.e. the Floyd Bed Frame), it will work with any slatted bed frame. And yes, the Mattress is compatible with box springs as well!

Will my Floyd Bed Frame + Mattress be delivered together?

No - When you purchase your Floyd Bed Frame and Mattress at the same time, they will be delivered separately. Your Floyd Bed Frame will ship via our Scheduled Delivery Partner. Your Floyd Mattress will ship via FedEx.

How can I keep the Mattress clean?

The best way to keep your mattress clean is to use a waterproof mattress protector. For general care and cleaning, we recommend washing your bedding weekly. We also recommend rotating your mattress 180 degrees every six months or so (not flipping it – the mattress is constructed with distinct top & bottom layers). This will help prolong the life of the mattress. At the same intervals, we advise vacuuming your mattress with an upholstery attachment (and your bed frame, while you’re at it!). The Floyd Mattress has a Tencel cover and is naturally hypoallergenic, but vacuuming it can help remove any dust that naturally accumulates over time.

For any spills, first dab the area with a clean cloth to absorb as much of the spill as possible. If needed, you can spot clean spills and stains with cold water and a mild soap or detergent. Do not use bleach.
