FAQ

Do I need any tools for assembly of the Sectional?

No tools needed! The Sectional units are equipped with alligator-style clips on the underside of each unit that allow you to easily and securely connect each unit to the next. If you’d like to change it up, simply lift the side of one unit and disengage the clips to rearrange.


Does the Sectional come with pillows?

The Sectional does not come with pillows, but we offer both our Sectional Pillows and Throw Pillows for purchase à la carte! Choose a matching color for your Sectional, or be bold with a contrasting fabric.


Can the Sectional stand up to my pets?

Yes! We chose our Sectional fabrics for their superior stain and odor resistance (just like the Floyd Sofa!), but with a little more texture. While some fabrics are treated to be stain resistant, they are not stain-proof — please be sure to follow our care and cleaning instructions (found in the FAQ linked below) to best tackle any pet mishaps as soon as possible. 


We recommend either the Performance Fabric or Boucle options for the most pet-friendly Sectional!

We partnered with Denmark-based textile company Kvadrat on two fabrics: Sisu and Tonus. The bold, expressionate Sisu, reminiscent of looking at Hallingdal through a magnifying glass, is a thick, voluminous woollen yarn that features a bold yet subtle, checked pattern. While Tonus brings colours to life in vibrant, precise fashion. Both premium new fabric options are available in a range of vibrant colors, celebrateing Kvadrat’s Scandinavian design heritage, and perfectly compliment the minimal and geometric design of the Floyd Sectional.
