A big move, a different space, or change in your living situation doesn't have to mean a new bed. Floyd makes it easy to add or subtract bed panels and change the size of your set-up based on your needs.
The Bed Frame Expansion Kit installs in minutes with just a few parts and no tools required. Each expansion kit will increase your Bed Frame by one mattress size.
• Each Bed Frame Expansion Kit comes with one (1) Bed Panel and two (2) middle steel supports
• What you need: Twin Bed (2 Panels), Full/Queen Bed (3 Panels), King/Cali King Bed (4 Panels)
• Made with real birch wood veneer that's a timeless material, used for its durability and strength.
Panel 22" W x 86" D x 1.5" H

Why is the cost of the Expansion Kit higher than if I had just purchased the larger Bed Frame from the beginning?
Our Expansion Kit is meant to be a convenient add-on solution for customers that move to a different mattress size later or simply didn’t expect to size-up later on. Because of this, the costs associated with manufacturing and packaging the item separately is higher. It intended to be a money saver and — this one we’re excited about — better for the environment, as it prevents someone from needing to purchase an entirely new bed should they decide to upgrade their bed size.
Will the new bed panel match my current panels?
Wood is a natural material, so it is expected for each panel to have slight color, texture, and grain variations. We use real wood veneer in the construction of all our Floyd products and as with any natural product a variation in color is expected. We’ve developed a color spectrum for all of our wood products, so while your new panel may have a different tone, we know it will look great with your current Bed Frame!
As a note, we cannot guarantee color matching over the life of your Floyd, but we don’t think Mother Nature really makes mistakes.
