Furniture Recycling Guide

Over 70% of unwanted furniture ends up in the landfill. That's 9.5 million tons each year.

Floyd was founded on a mission to change the way people consume furniture. By creating durable products that are modular, easy to move, and are made with quality materials. Our mission is to make products that you'll literally keep for life. So, what do you do with your old furniture when buying new? Before you toss it to the curb, or drop it off at your nearest landfill, hold up! Here are some options to explore.

Donate it.

Give your furniture a second life. It might be old to you, but to someone else, it’s a perfectly usable sofa, armoire, or dining set. Find a donation center near you that takes clean, usable second-hand furniture.
