Designed as a family retreat by architect Risa Boyer, Dimmick Cabin is a stunning cabin that looks out at Oregon’s famous Mt. Hood — and took years of planning and DIY construction to bring to life.

The simple form of the house was inspired by classic barn structures commonly found in the surrounding orchards and farmlands, but we’re pretty partial to The Form Sectional in the conversation pit.

Modern home interior with open space, loft, and people relaxing.

The Boyer family chose to outfit their cabin's conversation pit with an extra large, 7-piece modular Form Sectional that they've used to create two distinct seating areas. Two middle units — paired together beneath a spacious window — are balanced by a large 5-piece corner sectional opposite the fireplace that spans two sides of the living room.
